Your strength is in the methodology, discipline, ability to think/review and document (write
down all the things).

You have something that’s much rarer than experience. You have the drive to figure it out, from
scratch. That’s hard to teach, and super valuable.

Arlene is a natural teacher and is always eager to lend a hand. I
personally know of dozens of programmers that have directly benefited from her help. She has
helped
people solve all manner of problems with open-source projects, resumes, homework, job
interviews,
blogging, and presentations.
Arlene is not the type to say "not my job", she is more the type to say "let me help".
Joe Zach
She is extremely intelligent, hardworking and someone who I would trust to follow through on her
commitments. She is an exceptional communicator capable of breaking down complex issues and
complicated
business problems in a concise way. She is dependable, enthusiastic and I can always vouch for
her
to
go
out of the way to help someone. She constantly tries to sharpen her skills, technical as well as
soft
ones and is always learning something new.
